Liturgy of Life

Things you never knew about the Mass

The Catechism of the Catholic Church says, “The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life” (CCC #1324). In the Latin Rite Church, we call our Liturgy “the Mass”. The Mass is where we find the Liturgy of the Word and the Liturgy of the Eucharist
being celebrated by the People of God.

Many churchgoing Catholics are so familiar with the Mass, they often take it for granted that they already know everything there is to know about it.

Think you know the Mass? Get ready to be surprised about how much there is to know and learn! In this course, be prepared to discover facts about the Mass that you might never have heard of before. Come and be amazed once more at what God does for you in the Liturgy of His church.
